Supply enough water to irrigate tracts of land that are currently uninhabited or unproductive, facilitate production of crops and livestock, support population growth and economic development.
Generate enough electrical power as needed to support a desalination facility without stressing existing electrical infrastructure and, where possible, capture biogases as a feed fuel supply to reduce demand of natural gas.

Transform environmentally hazardous reject brine volumes into construction quality concrete, thereby reducing demand on other resources for building components while creating a valuable commodity.

Provide rapid deployment of sustainable desalination facilities in critical areas of need in the most cost effective manner, with little or no capital investment or debt service to the Host Country. In addition to delivering fresh water, these facilities have affordable power and cost effective building components. Furthermore, they are engineered to mitigate the causes of Climate Change by reducing the emission of carbon sinks. Maximum use of the product water to improve economics in civil, commercial and agrarian sectors is imperative. Public health issues as water borne disease and sanitation regimens should be advanced in parallel with environmental and economic initiatives.
